I really loved the last VOJ CD. It was one of my fave discs from the past year. I was really surprised that Lizzy quit. He had a perfect rock voice, so I was wondering what VOJ would replace him with style wise. The new guy is good singer, but just doesn't have the raunch/edge that Lizzy had. Not really a fan of the band, the narrative is a bag o'bollox and the editing is a wee bit slow-paced for a rock vid, but I do like it because 1) good to see new glam bands stepping up and making an effort with the videos, and 2) shot on a nice HD camera.

Sounds like Scott Weiland.
Lizzy had more character to his voice, and more attitude. The new guy might be technically better, but Lizzy was more unique.

I actually like the new vocalist,
Not to knock Lizzy, but Lizzy had the same vocal to every song.
To me. I get bored if a vocalist sings the same to every song,
But that's just me.
