Okay, some band called Violet Bones got it. Not heard of them, and if I get down there early enough I'll report back ...

Just seen your chain of comments on "We're All neighbours" following on from this thread ... I can guess the Thunders and Johanson lookalikes (me being one of them .... or so I was told by you at the time ... I take it I was the alleged "guitarist" rather than the talentless one or maybe it was a combination of the two!). But who was the Kane lookey likey? Saw Dolls in Bristol last year an excellent gig indeed with new and (g)old stuff forming a great mix. Saw Tyla "and the dogs" at the weekend and the backing band to the support singer (Tommy Hale) were Dan Tilbury on Rich Davies from Band of Gypsies (now of the Snakes) another blast from Swindon's past!!!!

Haha ... yes, you're the guitarist Mark; Andy was the talentless one (which I can testify to having briefly tried him out as a singer). Mr Kane, suprisingly, was Nick Smith - to be honest I couldn't see it myself but one or two people commented on it.
Looking forward to the show tonight and will have to report back on here.

For those in reach of London, get down the Forum tonight. You won't be disappointed!
